Dex is known for his record of success in the residential real estate business working with both buyers and sellers in the East Bay communities of Orinda, Lafayette, Moraga, Berkeley, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Alamo & Danville. He is an Orinda native and lifelong resident who has consistently achieved the local real estate goals of clients, friends and family since 1989. Dex is a Broker and Founding Partner of Village Associates Real Estate.

His ‘let’s get it done’ approach and broad, knowledge based and experiential expertise in working with buyers and sellers in all residential price ranges for over three decades has distinguished his career as one of year after year success.

 

Dex and his wife, Kelly, an Orinda elementary school teacher, raised their daughter, Haley, and son, Miles, in Orinda. They are ALL graduates of Miramonte High School and of California’s institutions of higher education. They are avid skiers, hikers, boaters, sailors and outdoor enthusiasts and are actively involved in the local community, education and sports programs. Dex is also the oldest of eight kids, an Eagle Scout and former US Naval Officer who last served as a Navigator on a guided missile Destroyer.

      

Dex is currently a Village Associates Real Estate Board member and is well respected in Contra Costa and Alameda County real estate circles.
